RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SALES
Sales are reserved for professional retailers with a VAT number. The consumer right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Code does not apply to business-to-business transactions.

2. RETURNS OF DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT GOODS
We accept returns only for defective goods, goods that do not conform to the order or goods shipped in error. Report the issue within 8 working days of receipt to info@buonic.it, including the order number, product code, quantity, a description of the problem and photographs.

3. RETURN AUTHORISATION (RMA)
No return may be made without our prior written authorisation. We will send instructions and the return address. Unauthorised parcels or parcels sent with freight charges payable by us will not be accepted.

4. CONDITION OF RETURNED GOODS
Goods must be intact, unused, complete with labels and in their original packaging. Returns must be packed adequately; damage caused by insufficient packaging is the sender’s responsibility.

5. REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS AND CREDIT NOTES
After checking the returned goods, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement, issue a credit note or refund within 14 days of receipt of the return. We pay return shipping costs when the return results from our error or defective goods; in other cases, the retailer pays.

6. PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM RETURNS
Exclusions concern commercial returns resulting from an incorrect purchasing assessment and damage caused by improper use or storage. Sale, end-of-line or customised products are not excluded from remedies due for defects or supply errors. Mandatory statutory rights and time limits remain unaffected; requirements concerning intact condition and packaging cannot exclude a remedy due for a defect.

7. ORDER CANCELLATION
Before dispatch, we may cancel an order if goods are unavailable or information is incomplete, with full reversal of the payment. After dispatch, the return rules above apply.
